Due to his short appearance not much is known about Appule’s personality. Appule like many of his other comrades of Freeza's Army carried amorality on the topics of torture and extreme interrogation as a sensible solution in order to achieve Freeza's motives. Appule also held Vegeta's toughness to pain in high regard. But expressed it be fruitless endeavor if put under the torture of Freeza.[3]

Appule bore the appearance a purple, yellow-speckled humanoid alien creature. He had a flat face without a nose, but his most distinctive feature was his overly large cranium, and bulbous eyes. He wore the standard Fighting Jacket of Freeza's Army
