The Black Power Ball is a Ki Manipulation Technique utilized by Zamasu.

Usage[]

The technique takes the form of green energy spheres with black cores. The strongest version of this technique uses one hand and can be enlarged several times. Black attempted to use this technique to kill Trunks, who was in his Super Saiyan form, a testament to the attack's power. He later used the larger version of this ability to attack Son Gokū—the force of the attack was successful in driving Gokū out of the Western Capital all the way into a nearby desert.[1] As a Super Saiyan Rosé, the green color of this technique becomes a vibrant pink instead.[2]

The Zamasu of the future uses this same technique, however, the ki is indigo with a black core.

Trivia[]

  • While this technique wasn't named in the anime, it was named in Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle.
    • In the video card game illustration, the energy sphere is shown in indigo color like his future self and rather than green color depicted in the anime. It was also formed differently, charged similarly to the Black Kamehameha, though the game treats it as a different technique.
