Top 12 Dragon Ball Arcs
This is the first blog I've ever done on this wiki. There hasn't been a new blog on here in a long time, so I felt now would be a good time to make one of my own.
The Dragon Ball franchise has had multiple story arcs throughout its long run. Occasionally, people talk about the different story arcs and debate over which arcs are the best or worst in the series. I thought I'd give my opinion on my Top 12 favorite story arcs. Most people go for a Top 10 or sometimes Top 11, so I decided to go even further beyond and decide on a Top 12. This includes arcs from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z (The arcs of the Z storyline come from the manga and Dragon Ball Kai, so the Garlic Junior and Other World Tournament Arcs will not be included), Dragon Ball GT, and DragâŠ
Dragon Ball FighterZ
What do you guys think of the game? I personally think its an amazing game with great voice acting. Not a fan of No. 21, pretty disappointed by her as she is basically Majin-Boo, so meh. The game did feel fresh but with 24 characters I feel something was missing. So here is my attempt to list some of the characters I would love see in this game.
What would you guys like to see as future DLC, talk about the rumored DLC, I'm not happy about it (Goku and Vegeta). I have ideas for DLC if anyone would be interested. This isn't official just for fun if you guys want to join in, chime in and write the characters you wish were the game:
Retro Pack: Probably a classic pack with original characters, the original DB had so much martial arts in it, I woâŠ
Top 11 Kamehamehas
HAPPY NEW YEARS! Hey guys! So, it's been awhile since I've done any kind of blog, and now doesn't seem like the best time to do one â given our lack of an actual community â but hey, new year, so why not? When you think Dragon Ball, what's one of the first things that pops into your head?
Not even beating around the bush here, the Kamehameha is the most iconic attack in all of shÅnen anime, beating out even other classics like the Spirit Gun by miles. It codified the essence of a shÅnen attack, perhaps in no small part by simply expanding on what the HadÅken from Street Fighter can do. Regardless, love it or hate it, the Kamehameha is here to stay! So I wanted to do a blog: Top 11 Kamehamehas. Why Top 11? Because I like to go one-step beyond.

2016 in Dragon Ball review and what look forward to in 2017
At the time of this blog thereÂŽs some hours left before we leave 2016 and enter 2017 so letÂŽs have a look at Dragon Ball and how itÂŽs been performing.
IÂŽd say that this has been among the most active years for Dragon Ball fans since the "series revival" with the announcement of Battle of Gods.
This year we started (well the last week of January) getting new anime material with the beginning of the Hakaishin Champa Arc. Middle of June we get the return of a fan favorite character with the "Future" Trunks Arc. As the year was wrapping up we get a simulcast streaming of the DBSuper, the announcement of the Universe Survival Arc and Dragon Ball Super finally getting a dub. However, this only for the animation side of the series, this year we hadâŠ
Impending Return of the Blogs
So, it's been awhile since I've actually made any sort of blog post. And while I can't promise any chapter reviews returning, I can say I do have two blogs ideas coming up. The first will be a very simple one: Top 11 Dragon Ball Battles, listing what I believe to be the top 11 fights in the entire Dragon Ball series â not counting Dragon Ball GT due to my own personal bias, and not counting Dragon Ball Super because it isn't complete yet. Why Top 11? Because, I've been watching a lot of Nostalgia Critic, and like him, I like to go one step beyond.
As for the second blog, I'll be doing a blog centered around GokÅ« Black â Black himself, Zamasu will only be pretty much a footnote in that â discussing his nature as a villain and why I believe he was tâŠ
Dragon Ball Fan Q&A at New York Comic Con
The Dragon Ball franchise has been around for a long time and we have multiple movies, video games, tv series, and more to show for it! With more new stuff coming out, DBZ is headed to New York Comic Con for fans hungry for all things Dragon Ball related.
Lucky for us (and you), Wikia is getting a chance to meet Sean Schemmel (voice of Goku) and Christopher Sabat (voice of Vegeta)!
Dragon Ball Super 2 - In Which Goku Frigging Jumps Beerus (Goku's Defeat)
After handing Goku his Saiyan tail, Beerus and Whis fly off towards Earth, to pay the Saiyans a visit. Meanwhile, Champa and his assistant are flying in another direction, pursuing their own, unknown goals.
As I said before, I really do like Toyable's style. I may not like how evil Beerus is seeming, but he captures his expressions so well, I can't dislike it too much, and despite the static medium, I was able to enjoy this fight immensely. Art gains a â+. Storywise, I would have actually given it a â-, if the chapter had focused solely on Goku and Beerus, because that wouldn't have been anything new. However, it appears, despite the very fast pacing of the manga (or perhaps, because of), Champa and his hot female assistant have arrived! SoâŠ
Dragon Ball Super, Episode 1 review
My first review for the first episode.
What do i think about ? It was awesome and funny, thatÂŽs all i need to say.
When talking about DB, whatÂŽs the first that comes to your mind?adventure(for part 1)? fights?, martial arts? energy blasts?, silly things happening? but i bet that not many would put slice of life and DB in the same sentence, well that what we get for most part, aside from short clips of crap being destroyed.
Seeing characters interacting with each other, outside of battles and similar s***, for me feels refreshing. Goku and Goten spending time (like they barely interacted). Gohan and Videl together with a stalker Piccoro, perhaps heÂŽs jelous that Videl is stealing his "son",lol(cause Piccoro imo he was a better father figure thanâŠ
Dragon Ball Super 1 - In Which Lord Beerus Is A Poor Dinner Guest (The God of Destruction's Prophetic Dream)
We finally see Kibitoshin and the Old Kai standing, looking out into the distance as they observe Beerus' destruction.
Now, let's give my verdict and thoughts on this chapter. I use a check based scoring system. A â is normal, or average. A â+ is above average. And a â- is below average, also called Yamcha. Ready:
Okay, so, to start with the art; Toyable does really well as the artist for Dragon Ball. I commend him for being able to get as close to Toriyama's style as he possibly can, while still being able to see his own unique flare in it. Its not a perfect match, but it comes close, and I'll be judging Toyable based on what he can do from now on, not how he stacks up compared to Toriyama. Art earns a â+. For the story...I'm actually really iâŠ
