"God Appears!!" (神様登場！！, Kami-sama Tōjō!!; FUNimation "Earth's Guardian Emerges") is the one hundred twenty-fifth episode of the Dragon Ball anime.

Summary

Mr. Popo finally agrees to train Gokū after seeing his potential. At the same time, Tenshinhan vows to train hard to beat Gokū in the next Tenkaichi Budōkai. Realizing Gokū's determination, God reveals himself to Gokū, who is shocked by his appearance and the story he tells. God agrees to revive Shenron if Gokū will stay and train with Mr. Popo for a while, terms which Gokū gladly accepts.

Trivia

The park patrol rangers that discover the large bear prior to their encounter with Piccolo Jr. take roughly 25 seconds to arrive at the site of the bear's defeat. Upon arrival they mention that they were only 100 yards away. This works out to a speed of roughly 8.2 miles per hour, which is slower than most people on a leisurely bicycle or most people sprinting at full speed.
