"The Mightiest!! Gokū Becomes Super Saiyan 4!!" (最強！！悟空が超サイヤ人４に！！, Saikyō!! Gokū ga Sūpā Saiya-jin Fō ni!!; FUNimation "Goku's Ascension") is the thirty-fifth episode of the Dragon Ball GT anime.
Summary[]
In his new state, Gokū's powers are incredible and as he is now an adult again, thanks to the power of his newly-restored tail. He finds Baby, and they begin to fight. It seems like Baby still has the upper hand, but Gokū reveals that he hasn't even been trying. Now on the offensive, Gokū seems indestructible. Baby is no match for him. Bulma contacts Baby, saying that she's found a way to focus Bruits Waves onto him, which would allow him to undergo Great Monkeyfication. She hits him with this beam just before Gokū releases a Kamehameha, and Baby becomes a Gold Great Monkey.
Trivia[]
The incorrect amount of Zenos displayed.
- Within this episode, two errors occur:
- Bulma's monitor lists the amount of Zenos emanating from Earth to be 17,925; for a Saiyan to become a Great Monkeyfication, an amount exceeding 17 million Zenos is required.
- Additionally, despite inhabiting Vegeta's body, and having access to his memories, Baby is apparently unaware that a tail is required to become a Great Monkeyfication.
