"Pan Vanishes?! A Tearful Ten-Fold Kamehameha" (パンが消滅!?涙の10倍かめはめ波, Pan ga Shōmetsu!? Namida no Jū-bai Kamehameha; FUNimation "Saying Goodbye") is the fifty-third episode of the Dragon Ball GT anime.
Summary[]
The Seven-Star Dragon begins destroying the city. Inside of him, Pan can't take the destruction, so she telepathically pleads with Gokū to fight. He realizes that it's the right thing to do, so he reluctantly transforms into a Super Saiyan 4. Intending to kill the dragon, along with Pan, he hits the dragon with a Kamehameha. The dust clears, and the dragon is still alive. Gokū couldn't bring himself to put all of the necessary energy into the blast. The dragon turns the tide of the fight, and appears to knock Gokū out. He mockingly "grants Gokū's wish" by letting him see Pan one last time. He pushes Pan halfway out of him, and Gokū grabs her and pulls her out. The dragon regresses to his normal form, and Gokū destroys him. They claim the seven-star ball, and continue their journey.
