"The Tide Suddenly Turns!! The Warrior Who Came Late – Piccolo" (一気に形勢逆転!!遅れてきた戦士・ピッコロ, Ikki ni Keisei Gyakuten!! Okurete Kita Senshi · Pikkoro; FUNimation "Piccolo the Super-Namek") is the eightieth episode of the Dragon Ball Z anime.
Summary[]
Dende heals Kurririn's injuries. Kurririn is then able to distract Freeza long enough for Dende to heal Gohan. Though they are both back to full strength, it all seems useless, because none of them are a match for Freeza. Suddenly, Piccolo finally arrives at the scene. He tells them that he will take on Freeza alone. Kurririn and Gohan don't understand why he would do this, but Piccolo insists. With his new strength acquired from fusion, he is confident that he can take down Freeza.
