Summary[]
After the defeat of Super 17, the Dragon team attempted to use the Dragon balls to summon Shenron to restore Earth as it was in it's bad state. However when they attempted to summon the dragon, it is revealed that they actually released a pure evil energy that manifested in the form of a strange evil dragon (It is revealed that the overuse of the Dragon balls caused a build-up of Minus energy) The evil dragon stated that he no longer will grant any wishes and instead swallowed the dragon balls, splitting himself into seven evil beings known as the Evil Dragons.
