Ferocious Bloody Tiger (猛血虎, Mō Kekko; FUNimation "Wild Tiger") is a veteran martial artist that participated in the main competition of the 28th Tenka-Ichi Budōkai also participating in the previous tournament losing to Majin Bū in the semi-finals.[1]

Fercious Bloody Tiger.

Fercious Bloody Tiger is a large, muscular man, towering over most of the other martial artists in the tournament. He has large facial structures. Such as his large jaw-line. He also has a small fu manchu mustache, and a traditional braided, oriental ponytail. He wears an open chest burlak fur vest, along with his boots with fur material, and two dark wristbands on both wrists, and wears black trunks.

Despite his abilities never fully expanded on due to his humiliating lopsided defeat to the young Pan. It's presumed that he's a capably, skilled, martial-artist based on his past record on having defeated all of his opponents making it to the semi-finals, where we was defeated by the likes of Majin Boo in the previous 27th Tenka-Ichi Budōkai. Another feat that reinforces this is for two back-to-back competitions he has managed to gain entry to the main competition through sucessively going through the preliminaries.

During the selections for the tournament brackets for the 28th Tenka-Ichi Budōkai, Pan accidentally runs into Mō, prior to their match — now annoyed, he begins to intimidate and berate Pan. He is also shown to be pestered at the idea that he's facing off against a child, even if it was the World Champion, Mr. Satan's granddaughter.

However later in their match, he is taken down with ease in the opening moments of the bout. After being knocked down by a single slap, he's defeated by Pan with a kick that hurls him into a wall, eliminating him from the tournament[3].
