Gotenks, Majin Bū, and Gohan fight the Haikaishin, who got angry due to not being able to eat pudding, Gotenks uses his Super Saiyan 3 transformation and charges torwards Beerus but the deity proves to stronger and defeats him using only finger slaps and throwing him out of the ship into the ocean. Gotenks ultimately defuses before Gokū arrives to where the conflict was taking place.[2]

- Much like Vegeta, Gotenks has a tendency to name his attacks in English. Furthermore, a common trait seen with Gotenks' moves, such as the Hyper Plasma Shortcake, Ultra Missile Parfait, and most notably, the Galactica Doughnuts, are named after desserts.
