The Head Scissors Rush is a Physical Martial Arts Technique employed by Videl.

Counterparts[]

To utilize this technique, Videl dashes towards her opponent, and leaps into the air, landing directly on her target's face, wrapping her legs around them. Spinning them into position, Videl leans backwards, balancing on her hands and using the strength of her legs to throw her opponent. The end result of the technique's execution, however, was not seen, as the Great Saiyaman used his speed to escape the grapple.[1]

In Other Media[]

In the games, the Head Scissors Rush makes its debut as a complete technique. Videl scores a jump kick onto her opponents, landing directly on her target's face, wrapping her legs around them. Spinning them into position, Videl leans backwards, balancing on her hands and using the strength of her legs to throw her opponent. Once thrown, she lunges towards them, slamming her elbow into their back and finally finishing the combo with a sweeping kick to offset their footing.[2]

Trivia[]

  • The Head Scissors Rush was never properly executed in the anime, however, the Raging Blast games turned it into a combination technique that could be properly executed.
