This technique allows God to possess a different body. Though this technique, the user incarnates their soul into a body, giving them full control of the body for an undetermined amount of time. This possession also seems to increase the aspects of the body up to the user's natural level, allowing God to fight with his full strength and utilize complex techniques like the Demon Sealing Wave while possessing an otherwise ordinary Earthling, and battle with fighters such as Yamcha and Piccolo. Despite strengthening the borrowed body, there still appears to be limitations to the body when it is weak, as noted by God during his battle with Piccolo.
