The Justice Flash is a Ki Manipulation Technique used by Toppo, and a variation of the Continuous Kikōha from the Fingertips.
Usage[]
The Justice Flash is the signature technique of the leader of the Pride Troopers, Toppo. The user aims their fingers towards the targets and release rapid-fire Kikōha from the tip of their fingers. But given the successive rate of the Kikōha it is unlikely that any of them are concentrated.
