Liquir (リキール, Rikīru; English TV "Liquiir") is the Hakaishin of the 8th Universe.

Liquir has a strict nature, destroying any who would bring down his universe's Mortal Level. He enjoys eliminating defects in the plans concocted by Iru. He appears to be proud of his power, willing to put on a display in front of the Zen'ō to display his strength. In spite of this, when the 9th Universe was destroyed, Liquir, along with everyone else, was horrified, standing out of his seat with his fist clenched due to the shock.

Being a Hakaishin, Liquir possesses a battle power that normally surpasses those in his universe, through the capability to destroy organisms that exist in his universe in order to upkeep the balance within it. In the anime, Liquir was shown to be on par with his fellow Hakaishin, Iwen and Arak, to the point where the clashes with his fellow Gods were able to destroy hardest materials among all universes. In the manga, Liquir possessed great battle prowess against all of the other Hakaishin. Liquir possess the ability to coat his arm in ki, and also use Psychokinesis to move objects at an incredible speed.

In the aftermath of the fight, the Grand Priest has the three repair the arena, much to their dissatisfaction.[4]
