The Maximum Flasher is a Life Cultivation Technique used by Vegeta during the Cell Game.
Usage
After the death of Trunks Vegeta was unable to control his anger and unleashed the full-effect of his Super Saiyan transformative state. Vegeta then lunges towards Cell and releases a large Kikōha from his cocked arm hitting Cell. The blast was able to make the likes of Cell brace for its impact creating a massive mushroom cloud-effect.
