A Mutant (変異体, henitai) is a person born with extraordinary fighting power that makes them unique by the standards of their species. The Ginew Special Corps[1] and members of Freeza's Family, such as Freeza and Cold[2], are examples of mutations (変移, heni) found within their species.
Trivia
- Ginew theorized that Gokū himself could be a mutant Saiyan, due to his unnatural strength and ability to raise and lower his combat strength.[1]
- Vegeta III similarly theorized that Broly was a mutant Saiyan, due to his abnormally high potential despite being so young.[3]
- In Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2, Dabra calls his nephew Fu a mutant.
