The Shin Kikōhō is an upgraded version of Ki Manipulation Technique.
Usage[]
With this technique, the user performs the same handsign that they used in the original Ki Manipulation Technique, and focuses on their target. In the anime, it is actually depicted as "zooming in" onto the target.[4] A large blast of Life Force is then instantaneously released, dwarfing the original Life Cultivation Cannon in size. While this technique was unable to kill Second Form Cell, it did manage to keep him at bay for a long amount of time.[5]
