The Old Witch (魔法使いの老婆, Mahōtsukai no Rōba; Literally meaning "A Witch's Old Woman") was an elderly woman from the afterlife, who is responsible for the existence of Elder Kaiōshin after accidentally fusing with her universe's Kaiōshin.
