It was broadcast on Tokai TV on August 3, 1992, about a month after the release of the movie of the same name, between Dragon Ball Z episodes 148 and 155.
Plot[]
Gokū and Gohan meet in West City, dressed up in tuxedos, and discuss the events of the nine previously-released movies: the first three Dragon Ball films, and the first six Dragon Ball Z films.
In the end, Gokū doesn't seem to have desire with all dressed up and powers up to change back into his regular martial arts uniform. Gohan fails when trying to do like his father due to lack of power, but Gokū says he'll get there someday. In the final scene, Gohan tells everyone to be sure to go see the movie in theaters.
