Super Saiyan 3 Full Power (超（スーパー）サイヤ人３（スリー）フルパワー, Sūpā Saiya-jin Surī Furu Pawā) is an enhancement of the Super Saiyan 3 transformation achieved by the evil Saiyan, Cumber.

Appearance

As this state is Super Saiyan 3, merely with its full power unleashed, it does not differ too much from the original form. However, similarly to the Legendary Super Saiyan-line of transformation, Cumber loses his irises and pupils in this state, leaving only sclerae. Additionally, his veins are visible on the surface of his skin, pulsating from his enhanced strength.

The Super Saiyan 3 Full Power transformation provides Cumber with a massive boost in his combat strength. While utilizing his base state alone, Cumber claimed to be equal to Jiren, a man who surpasses the strength of the Hakaishin.
