Toronbo (トロンボ) is a magical, wish-granting Dragon that is summoned using Cereal's Dragon Balls.

Toronbo summoned by Monaito.
During Bardock's fight against Gas, Monaito summoned Toronbo and told the dragon to send the Saiyan to his home planet. Toronbo then telepathically communicated with Bardock and informed him of Manito's desire while introducing itself, prompting him to refuse the wish. When it informed Monaito of this, he asked Bardock what he desired and was informed he wanted his two sons to end up thriving. Afterwards, Toronbo dispersed.

Wish Granting[]
Main article: List of Wishes In order to summon Toronbo, one must say, "Takkarapto Totoronbo Pupiritto Paro!" (タッカラプト トットロンボ プピリットパロ) in the Nameccian language. Toronbo can grant a single wish within its power. Unlike Polunga and Super Shenron, Toronbo doesn't grant wishes in a specific language; instead, he chooses to allow wishes in common language.

Following the 2-star Dragon Ball being discovered after being lost for forty years, Toronbo was summoned by Granolah and listened to his wish of becoming the greatest warrior in his universe. Toronbo granted the wish and made Granolah the strongest lifeform apart from the gods by shortening his remaining life. Shortly after, the Heeters collected the Dragon Balls and summoned Toronbo, during which it granted their wish of Gas becoming the new strongest warrior in the universe.
