Tullece (ターレス, Tāresu; FUNimation "Turles") was a Saiyan born on planet Vegeta and the leader of the Tullece Army Corps.[2][3]
Background[]
Tullece was one of the various last remaining pure-blooded Saiyans that survived the destruction of his home world of Vegeta.
Personality[]
Appearance[]
Tullece, despite being unrelated, bears a stark resemblance to the Son Gokū, with the similar familiar spikey-hair, as well as the same eye and facial expressions. However, the similarities between the two Saiyans end at the superficial level; Tullece possesses a much darker skin tone, and is commonly seen with a far more malicious expression compared to Gokū's innocent look. Additionally, he wears the Fighting Jacket common to Saiyan's in Freeza's Army, implying he was once a member. His armor bears the design that is common to other Fighting Jacket's, however, it is purple in coloration. Furthermore, he still has his tail, which is wrapped around his waist like a belt, and wears a red Scouter.

Trivia[]
- In the line with the Saiyan vegetable theme, Tullece's name is a pun on "lettuce" (レタス, retasu), with the first two syllables swapped.
- In the European AB Group dub, more commonly referred to as the "Big Green" dub, as well as the Danish dub, Tullece refers to himself as Gokū's brother. This was most likely the dub's way of explaining away Gokū and Tullece's uncanny resemblance.
