The Work of the Gods is a Ki Manipulation Technique used by Gokū Black. It is the end result of his scythe slicing open a rift.

Usage[]

Black's Clones

The clones created by Divine Work.

Through the use of his scythe, Black slices through the air, creating a powerful blast of energy. This energy appears to cut through the fabric of space, leading to an odd rift in the air that even Black does not understand, but theorizes could be the bottomless anger he holds within himself. The resulting rift appears to create clones of himself. These clones are made of what appears to be pink smoke, and cannot be normally destroyed.[1]

In Other Media[]

Video Games[]

In Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2, this rift makes an appearance. The Elder Kaiōshin refers to it as a rift in time, and attributes this fact to the Time Ring that Black wears. Due to this rift, Tullece, Broli, Janenba, Slug, and Coola were all brought into the battle.
